"Jane has a number of characteristics and skills which make her uniquely suited for the public affairs arena. These include her ability to communicate difficult messages, garner the trust of her audience and formulate effective working relationships with government officials, business leaders and other members of her team. I have called on Jane for over 20 years to help me with some very difficult and sensitive issues. She has helped coalesce discordant teams and to unite groups with disparate agendas."
